James C. Stoddard donated the Stoddard Conservation area in 2007 during the development of the Woodland Development. The Stoddard Conservation area lies within the Petapawag ACEC and has been designated Core Habitat and Critical Natural Landscape. The parcel has extensive frontage on Joint Grass Brook.
