Fox Run Conservation Area

The Town of Dunstable received this property from Richard Robitaille in 1996 as a condition of a Certificate of Approval of a Definitive Subdivision. It consists of 2.14 acres known as Lot 4 on a private way and the 1.00’ reserve strip (Parcel B – 772 square feet) from the road to the cul-de-sac. Fox Run lies within the Petapawag ACEC and partially designated Core Habitat and Critical Natural Landscape.
